Toyota Stadium is already in the middle of a major renovation. Now, the development around it is getting an upgrade, too. A new entertainment district planned for the stadium’s east side will bring a 290-room boutique hotel, convention space, dining and flexible live entertainment space to the FC Dallas campus.
Hunt Sports Development announced a partnership with Peak Curated Development and Venu Holding Corporation to create a mixed-use district surrounding the east side of Toyota Stadium and Soccer Center.
