Hall Park is adding another residential address to its growing Frisco footprint. Hall Group is preparing to break ground on Terra Residences, a 105-unit apartment development planned within the 162-acre mixed-use community.
Construction is expected to start this fall, with the project slated for completion in fall 2028.
Terra will add a second residential option to Hall Park alongside The Monarch, the development’s existing luxury apartment tower. The new community will include studios as well as one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with homes averaging about 900 square feet.
What’s Planned For Terra Residences
The apartments will feature open-concept layouts, modern finishes and high-end materials. The development is intended to give Hall Park employees and other Frisco residents another option for living within the district.
