Bordeaux & Crème, a wine and dessert lounge, is expected to open this fall at The Shops at Legacy North, offering curated wine pairings, house-made desserts and an intimate space for after-dinner gatherings.
The 1,426-square-foot lounge will seat approximately 40 guests and feature a menu of six desserts, each designed with wine pairings in mind. The wine selection will include approximately 30 options available by the glass or bottle, ranging from sparkling and rosé to white and red wines. Curated wine flights will also be available.
Among the signature desserts is the Brûlée Cheesecake, made with vanilla bean crème fraîche cheesecake, a brown butter sablé crust and a brûléed sugar topping. It will be paired with a sweet wine to complement the dessert’s caramelized flavors…
