Prosper will soon have its own Italian-inspired village, complete with a sprawling lagoon, boat-friendly canals and a pedestrian promenade winding along the water.
The Prosper Town Council unanimously approved zoning and a planned development for The Marco at its Oct. 27 meeting, moving the proposed $2 billion project one step forward.
