An 18-year-old accused of killing a man while driving while intoxicated and evading Denton police was arrested again Wednesday on a bond warrant.
Jonathan Vargas of Denton was charged on Dec. 30 with intoxication manslaughter with a vehicle and evading arrest or detention causing death after a vehicle crash that killed a 40-year-old man.
