A 26-year-old driver was arrested Thursday after he sped away from the scene of a crash with another vehicle and ultimately crashed a second time, according to a police report.
At about 10:25 a.m., officers were dispatched to the area of Fort Worth Drive and North Interstate 35E to a call about a hit-and-run crash.
