This application is for 501(c)(3) nonprofits or government entities running social service programs for Lewisville’s low-to-moderate income residents. Applicants must watch a Pre-Application Workshop video and complete an eligibility screener and training quiz. This ensures they have the necessary training. The application link will be provided after completing the training and quiz. This replaces the previous in-person pre-application training.
