Several Texas cities are among the top 25 where Black women are financially flourishing, according to a report by MoneyGeek. Money Geek compared 164 U.S. cities with populations greater than 65,000 and ranked them best to worst based on eight factors: safety, educational attainment, percentage of local Black population, employment, income, health insurance, poverty rates and homeownership.
