DALLAS – Dallas Animal Services and Adoption Center says it is at critical capacity with only 12 open kennels available. They’re holding free adoptions, and even if you come in and didn’t see a pet that’s right for you, they encourage you to come back because they’re getting dozens of new pets every day. Dallas Animal Services told WFAA on Wednesday there were over 400 dogs in need of adoption.
