Rodeo Goat will soon pay tribute to the State Fair of Texas with a nod to the iconic Big Tex. Available from Sept. 27 to Oct. 20, the Big Tex burger is a decadent creation with a 44 Farms all-beef patty, chicken-fried mashed potato cake, bacon, fried onion ring and chorizo gravy, all for $13.49.
