BROWNSVILLE, Texas – The Texas Water Infrastructure Network has responded to a Rio Grande Guardian story on the group’s recent 2024 Texas Water Capital Needs Survey. The survey was conducted jointly by the Texas Water Infrastructure Network and Collaborative Water Resolution (aka, Water Opinions). The two groups asked Texas water utilities to identify key areas of concern and needs driving their investment decisions.
