ROCKWALL, Texas – A student at Rockwall High School was injured during what police called an ‘encounter’ with a school resource officer on Wednesday. On Sept. 11, around 1:30 pm, the Rockwall Police Department School Resource Officers assigned to Rockwall High School assisted school staff with a disturbance on its campus, police said in a news release.
