Cowboys Predicted to Activate 4X Pro Bowl RB

The Dallas Cowboys are expected to elevate a former Pro Bowl running back to their 53-man roster, whom they signed last month.

In a recent report from ESPN , analysts Dan Graziano and Jeremy Fowler discussed some of the biggest storylines heading into Week 3 of the 2024 NFL season.

One key focus was on Cowboys running back Dalvin Cook, who has been on the Cowboys’ practice squad, awaiting his chance to join the active roster. According to Graziano, Cook may soon see on-field action.

“The Cowboys’ run game is a problem, and they know they need to get more out of it,” Graziano said. “They like the way Dalvin Cook has looked since they signed him to the practice squad, and they haven’t ruled out the possibility of activating him to the roster if they don’t get more production out of the Ezekiel Elliott/Rico Dowdle tandem.”

While Graziano noted that the move is not expected this week, he hinted that a change could be on the horizon.
