Speaking to the vigilance of local law enforcement, a patrol officer from the Lake Dallas Police Department identified a known fugitive while on a routine patrol last Saturday. Dale Bryan Ward, aged 36, was spotted on the 200 block of Market Street. Ward, who has been noted to harbor aggression towards law enforcement and a tendency to flee from them, was found to be the subject of multiple felony warrants.
