Residents in Plano had the opportunity to attend a significant community event addressing the dual challenges of mental health and the burgeoning fentanyl crisis this past Saturday. The Mental Health and Substance Use Connection event, which took place at Chase Oaks Church on Legacy Drive, was presented by Jessie’s Light and BeCAUSE CULLEN, in collaboration with the Plano Police Department.
