In a notable move blending community support with law enforcement capability, Dallas City Hall’s Council Chambers will witness the recognition of local groups for their generous donation of electric bikes (e-bikes) to the Dallas Police Department. The event, scheduled for 9 a.m. today, will feature Council Member Omar Narvaez, representatives from the Dallas Police Department, and the National Latino Law Enforcement Organization (NLLEO).
