Bork is only three-years-old, but his life has been full of cruelty and neglect. Sadly, many would-be adopters passing by his kennel at the Dallas Animal Shelter have called him “ugly” and walked right by. No one even stopped to say hello, catch the tentative wag of his tail or offered him a kind word.
