A new Costco warehouse is nearing completion at the northwest corner of West University Drive and FM 1385 in Prosper, Texas. Spanning 160,000 square feet, this upcoming retail space will be a significant addition to the growing town of Prosper. Construction started in March 2024; completion is expected by late October 2024.
