COLLIN COUNTY, Texas – The Collin County Sheriff’s Office said it arrested 40-year-old David Villines on Friday, Oct. 25 for online solicitation of a minor. According to the sheriff’s office, Villines, who is a firefighter and paramedic in Oklahoma, was charged after he attempted to meet with a person who he believed was a 15-year-old girl. However, the person was an undercover investigator posing as a minor.
