DALLAS COUNTY, Texas – The Dallas County Sheriff’s Office is seeking public assistance in locating a suspect involved in a fatal hit-and-run accident that occurred on November 3rd. The incident took place on northbound I-35 at 8th Street around 4:52 a.m., according to a press release from the department.
