As the Dallas Cowboys season continues to trend in the wrong direction, it’s been a year of disappointments through the team’s 3-7 start.
Losing quarterback Dak Prescott for the year due to injury and missing star linebacker Micah Parsons for four games are just two of the on-field disappointments. But things at Jerry’s World have been nothing short of a disaster this year, as the Cowboys have lacked any notable home-field advantage.
Dallas is 0-5 in games played at AT&T Stadium this season, losing the last three by a combined 90 points to the Detroit Lions, Philadelphia Eagles, and, on Monday night, the Houston Texans.
To top it off, the 34-10 loss on Monday Night Football featured many empty seats, a noteworthy presence of Texans fans and even Cowboys fans wearing bags over their heads.
Cowboys owner Jerry Jones addressed the shift in attendance and the fanbase in general during a segment on 105.3 The Fan Tuesday, as The Athletic’s Jon Machota noted.
