“Faith, Trust, Relationship, Integrity, Commitment.”
These are the words Michael Fasusi posted on his X account after officially signing with the Oklahoma Sooners.
Fasusi was rated five-stars on all the major recruiting services and listed as the ninth overall national prospect by ESPN.
After relocating to North Texas from Nigeria in 2019, Michael was a star offensive tackle for the Lewisville Fighting Farmers.
He was selected for the 2025 Under Armour All-American Bowl and the 2025 Polynesian Bowl.
Back in August when Michael committed to Oklahoma, he offered up some inspiring words to fellow classmates and students.
“Don’t stop dreaming. I’ve had my dreams, and I’m still living them and chasing them. It doesn’t matter where you’re from or who you are, you can be great,” said Fasusi.
Michael’s high school teammate, Sean Hutton, also committed to the Sooners prompting Brent Venables to say, “Lewisville has been a good place for the Sooners over the years.”
