DALLAS – Dallas police are investigating a fatal shooting, the department said in a release. Officers responded to a shooting call around 5:40 p.m. Dec. 11 in the 1200 block of Park Row Avenue, police said. When officers arrived, they found a man with gunshot wounds, the release states. He died on the scene.
