East Dallas is very ready for MiYa Chinese. The area’s relative lack of good Chinese food-the only rival is Hello Dumpling-must be the cause of the crowds that have swarmed the dining room since it opened. Owner David Romano, who was doing the hands-on work of filling water glasses, told my table that we’d lucked into the least busy night in a week. Even so, we’d been warned of a possible 45-minute wait for a table. (It proved to be only six minutes.)
