DENTON, Texas – One person died and another was hospitalized after being critically injured in a Denton house fire, officials said. The Denton Fire Department responded to a house fire shortly before 11:20 p.m. Dec. 18 in the 2000 block of Houston Place, Denton fire officials said in a social media post. Officials said that two people were reportedly trapped in the fire.
