HIGHLAND VILLAGE, Texas – The Highland Village Police Department has announced the passing of Maria April Roppolo, a retired officer and beloved community servant. Roppolo dedicated her life to public service, serving as a Peace Officer and School Resource Officer from June 1993 to June 2015.A celebration of Roppolo’s life is scheduled for Monday, December 30, 2024, from 6-8 p.m. at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville, Texas. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the TXFallen PD fund, according to the Highland Village Police Department.
