Dallas, TX – On December 30, 2024, at approximately 10:10 p.m., Dallas Police received reports of a shooting in the 7300 block of Skillman Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered 36-year-old Armando Cesar J. Gamboa suffering from gunshot wounds inside a vehicle. Despite the prompt response from Dallas Fire-Rescue, Gamboa was pronounced dead at the scene.
