Musume Bringing Great Sushi and Whiskey to Frisco

Frisco foodies may be feeling their mouths water in anticipation of an exciting new culinary experience. Musume, the Rock Libations restaurant group favorite, is bringing sushi and Asian cuisine to the neighborhood this year.

Musume will be serving its delectable dishes at 3625 The Star Boulevard, Suite 315, in the former home of Sushi Marquee. Director of public relations Claire Bloxom Armstrong tells What Now Dallas that the over 6,000 square foot space will offer both indoor and outdoor dining, alongside a private Tatami room.

According to documents filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, construction is set to begin on Musume’s newest home on February 1, 2025, and to wrap by May 1 of this year. Armstrong states that Rock Libations-the hospitality group behind the concept-is aiming to open the restaurant in July.

Alongside extraordinary sushi and superior contemporary Asian cuisine, Musume boasts one of the nation’s premiere drink programs. The website describes it, stating: “The restaurant…posesses the largest Japanese whiskey collection in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.”
