PLANO, Texas – The Plano Police Department is searching for Budd Riley Milliken, a homeless man reported missing by his family since November 30, 2024. Milliken, who is approximately 5’8″ tall and weighs about 145 pounds, is known to frequent a homeless camp near 6465 Chase Oaks Boulevard in Plano.Milliken’s family is particularly concerned due to his diagnoses of bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, and the projected weather conditions in the coming days. He does not have a vehicle and often uses DART for transportation, potentially placing him in the areas of Plano, McKinney, or Dallas, according to the Plano Police Department.Anyone with information on Milliken’s whereabouts is urged to call 911 immediately and reference Plano Police incident #24-268139.
