NTTA crews working 12 hour shifts to treat toll roads during arctic blast

Road crews across North Texas are watching the roads for any developing icy spots. The North Texas Tollway Authority said on Tuesday their crews started 12-hour shifts in anticipation of the freezing precipitation and cold weather.

“Well the groundhog was right, unfortunately,” said Michael Rey, a spokesperson for NTTA.
