We have a bad road rage problem here in Texas.
I remember witnessing a few road rage incidents when I lived in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex in the late 90s but was never sucked into it. I’ve always been pretty good at holding my tongue and not letting someone provoke me while driving.
Unlike some people, squaring off on the side of the highway is not my idea of a good time. Seriously – I have friends and family members who look forward to a good scuffle (even though they’d probably never admit it).
That brings me to one of the paradoxes of the Lone Star State. Most of the folks here are some of the kindest, most hospitable people you will ever meet in your life – unless you cross them. At that point you had better be ready for a fight…
