A popular family-run pizzeria is preparing to serve up a second helping of its distinctive, Mediterranean-inspired pies to DFW diners. Pizza Vibe-already a hit in The Colony-is opening a new location in McKinney later this year, reports Community Impact.
The restaurant is setting up shop at 5200 Stacy Road. According to documents filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, work began on the project on March 14 of this year and is set to wrap by July 11. The renovation will allow Pizza Vibe 1,691 square feet to greet and serve customers.
While this does not provide an absolute opening timeline, it does suggest that McKinney diners might be able to enjoy one of the concept’s hot slices by late summer or early fall…
