Gunter man sentenced for stalking has fine upheld, parole denied

GRAYSON COUNTY, Texas (KXII) – In January, a Grayson County jury sentenced Kenneth Horn, 34, from Gunter, to 10 years in prison and ordered him to pay a $10,000 fine for felony stalking.

Horn tried to appeal the fine, but an appellate court in Dallas upheld it this week.

“The years or so later when the young lady was getting married, he showed up again, and started stalking her, and causing a lot of serious concern to her and her family,” said Grayson County District Attorney John Kermit Hill…
