Morgan Leighann Reeves, 27, of Irving, reached a plea agreement with the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office on March 20, 2025, in a case involving the assault of a pregnant woman. The disposition in the case was a “non-adjudication of guilt.”
This legal outcome, also known as a “withhold of adjudication,” means that while Reeves was sentenced, the judge did not formally find her guilty of the charge of Assault Causing Bodily Injury. As part of the agreement, Reeves received two years of deferred probation.
According to court records, the charges stemmed from an incident on July 1, 2024, at the Camden Cimarron Apartments in Valley Ranch.
