The Garland Police Department recently took to social media to praise one of its own for hitting a significant career milestone. Lt. Dan Colasanto, a veteran member of the Garland SWAT team, has completed an impressive three decades of service, the department announced yesterday.
Starting his journey in 1992 with the Garland Police Department, Lt. Colasanto would join the SWAT team in 1995, where he served in various capacities—including point man, rear guard, and team leader.
