Prosper police arrest two suspects in connection to graduation event

The Prosper Police Department confirmed they arrested two suspects connected to the May 17 graduation party that sent eight people to local hospitals.

According to a press release, Prosper developed leads identifying two suspects believed to be responsible for the medical emergencies that took place at the 1600 block of Coit Road during the party.

Prosper police secured arrest warrants for Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG2 or 2-A (4G<400G), a first-degree felony. The suspects, identified as Kyle Muchineuta, 17, of Prosper, and Cesar Omana, 18, of Frisco, were taken into custody without incident and transported to the Collin County Jail for booking…
