In the far reaches of Frisco, a new chapter in luxury living is underway. City leaders and developers recently celebrated the ribbon-cutting of phase one of The Preserve, an exclusive custom home enclave within the expansive 2,500-acre Fields development.

Bordering the Omni PGA Frisco Resort and steps from the PGA of America headquarters, The Preserve is set to raise the standard for high-end living in the region.

A Community Rooted in Heritage and Vision

The Preserve is part of the nearly 2,500-acre Fields development, a master-planned project that reflects both regional growth and local heritage. Named after Texas banker and rancher Bert Fields, Jr., the project is described by developers as a blend of past and future, offering modern living that honors the area’s deep roots.

“We want to honor the legacy of the Fields family and embrace the natural beauty,” said developer Fehmi Karahan, the mastermind behind Legacy West and now Fields. “I think we’ve done a great job.”
