The Texas House gave final approval to a total ban on consumable hemp-based products that contain tetrahydrocannabinol, known as THC, which is the main intoxicating chemical in marijuana, on Thursday evening.
Senate Bill 3 has not officially been passed, as it still needs to pass through the Senate again and then go on to Gov. Greg Abbott. However, business owners who could be affected by the ban are speaking out.
