The city of Allen has completed its transition to a new online utility bill payment system, replacing its previous Citizen Self-Service portal with WaterSmart, officials announced May 28.
The transition, which began May 26, temporarily disrupted online payment services as the city migrated customer billing information to the new platform. Online payments resumed Wednesday evening at 6:30 p.m.
