Costco’s new location at Stacy Road and SH-121 in Allen, Texas, is still taking shape. Satellite imagery from March 2025 shows the massive foundation poured and the surrounding lot partially graded—but at that point, no walls or roof had been erected.
That was three months ago. Based on Costco’s typical build pace, the steel frame and exterior shell may now be up, though no current imagery or announcements confirm it. The store does not yet appear on Costco’s official New Locations page. The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation continues to list June 30, 2025, as the estimated completion date.
