The Frisco Independent School District has been subpoenaed to provide the names of students who were present during the deadly stabbing at a track meet at Kuykendall Stadium on April 2, a spokesperson confirmed with CBS News Texas.
The subpoena is in connection to the case of The State of Texas vs Karmelo Anthony, the student accused of fatally stabbing Austin Metcalf, another student at the track meet.
