Downtown Dallas is home to the largest-of-its-kind Crimes Against Children Conference – an annual event put on by the Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center.
One of the speakers is survivor Jenna Quinn, the namesake of Jenna’s Law, which since 2009 has required sexual abuse training in schools.
