LEWISVILLE, Texas — A popular North Texas restaurant, bar, and event venue is closing its lakeside location after nearly 40 years.
Sneaky Pete’s on Lake Lewisville will close in its current longtime location at 2 Eagle Point Road on Sept. 28 after the City of Lewisville declined to renew its lease there, management of the restaurant confirmed to WFAA. Management of Sneaky Pete’s tells WFAA that they will look for a new location for the restaurant.
Sneaky Pete’s has served up classic American fare of burgers, catfish, chicken tenders, and more from its lakeside location since 1989, according to Lewisville Live.
