GARLAND, Texas — U.S. Marshals arrested a man this week and charged him with murder in connection with the 2024 death of an infant in North Texas, officials say.
The U.S. Marshals Service arrested Andrew Garza, 20, at an apartment complex in Garland Aug. 27 on a charge of capital murder of a person under 10 years of age, according to the Hunt County Sheriff’s Office. Garza was taken to the Hunt County Detention Center, where he’s being held on a $1,250,000 bond, records show.
