AUSTIN, Texas — An 18-year-old has been arrested after evading police and tossing a gun into the sidewalk near Westlake High School.
The arrest affidavit says that Eanes ISD police received word of a video taken on Tuesday, Sept. 2 showing a former student with a black handgun in his lap with Westlake High School, and its students, in the background.
The person in the video was identified by police officers as 18-year-old former student Marc Kwee. They also identified his vehicle, a black Honda Civic, and began surveilling the campus on Sept. 3 in case he returned…
