Denton smoke shops clear shelves in response to Senate Bill 2024

Denton smoke shops have cleared their inventory of disposable and cannabinoid vapes following the implementation of Senate Bill 2024 on Sept. 1.

The bill, signed into law on June 20, bans the selling of most e-cigarette products or “disposable vapes” statewide. This includes the sale of vapes with colorful packaging that could be marketed towards kids as well as vapes manufactured in China. The law also prohibits THC vapes, CBD vapes that contain cannabinoids and flavored essential oil vape products…
