Open-air shopping center, anchored by Kroger, coming to fast-growing Collin County city

ANNA, Texas — A new, open-air shopping center, to be anchored by a new Kroger store, will be built in a fast-growing Collin County city.

The first of two open-air shopping centers planned for Collin County will be a 175,300-square-foot retail complex dubbed Rosamund Crossing between U.S. 75 and E. County Road 370 in Anna, according to a press release from the developers, Big V Property Group and The Seitz Group.

The center will be anchored by a Kroger store, and also feature a Bank of America, Chase, Jimmy John’s and McDonald’s, among others, the press release states…
