Celina Lands $100 Million Development With Over 850 New Homes

Celina is getting a major new neighborhood. Huffines Enterprises recently announced plans for Serenade Texas, a $100 million master-planned community that will bring more than 850 new homes to the fast-growing city.

Set on 414 acres, Serenade will offer 875 homes with prices ranging from $400,000 to $900,000. The development could expand to as many as 1,100 homes in the future. According to Huffines Enterprises, construction could wrap up within the next two years.

The community is located about 29 minutes from downtown Frisco and 25 minutes from downtown McKinney, offering easy access to major employment centers while remaining firmly rooted in. The homes will be zoned for Celina ISD, a draw for families moving to the area.

Amenities That Go Beyond The Basics

Serenade is designed to be a neighborhood and a lifestyle hub. At the center of the community will be a $6 million amenity center featuring an entry pavilion, outdoor kitchen, gathering spaces, restrooms and a grand lawn for events.

Residents will also enjoy a resort-style pool, playgrounds for all ages, and a dog park. A 16-acre lake with a 750-square-foot fishing pier will serve as a scenic highlight, along with 150 acres of open space and a native prairie restoration area.

Trails, Pickleball And Community Connections
