TSN The Texas Attorney General says the East Plano Islamic Center Land Development Project has violated both state and federal law. It’s known as EPIC City… and Ken Paxton has been investigating their actions since March. Paxton says Epic City developers violated federal and state securities laws and regulations. Paxton says they have formally requested the Texas State Securities Board review the findings and refer the matter back to his office in order to file a lawsuit.
