Rollertown Beerworks just opened a new headquarters in Frisco, moving from Celina, Texas. The taproom buzzes with conversation, the faint scent of hops fills the air, and the rhythm of the space feels effortless, like a gathering place made for lingering with friends.
Founded by Ben Rogers, Jeff “Skin” Wade, and Jonathan Rogers, Rollertown grew from a wild idea between friends into one of North Texas’ most talked-about breweries. The name comes from the old practice of moving buildings on rollers to reach the railroad—a nod to grit, momentum, and forward motion. That spirit carries through every beer, especially The Big German, their clean and easy Kölsch that’s become something of a local legend.
The taproom itself feels like a backyard gathering. Locals bring dogs, kids, and friends to linger over flights while live music hums in the background and a food truck rolls up outside. The staff treat everyone like regulars, and the founders are often there themselves, blending in with the crowd.
Rollertown’s beers are approachable but crafted with care—balanced lagers, crisp IPAs, and seasonal brews that keep things interesting without trying too hard. Each one feels personal, made for drinking with good company…
